I’ve been thinking about the Boston market some more.
Can it sustain this growth?
My conclusion: Yes.
We have the dynamic structure. The great Universities that produce great research and researchers. The research facilities that produce medical break throughs. The hospitals who are eager to implement those break throughs. Venture capitalists who take the risk and fund it all. All of this brings people into the city, happy to work, to cheer on the Patriots, Celtics, and Sox. Run to the beach in the summer and the nearby mountains in the winter. It’s all here in Boston.
Now – we need places for everyone to live, both those commanding the high salaries and those who support them.
Yes. We can sustain this growth.
